Our Story
Originally from Bridgeport, CT, Juan and Lillian Mendez have proudly called Central Florida home since 2005. Together, they bring a lifetime of hard work, service, and heart to everything they do.
Juan brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry — a career built on precision, reliability, and showing up for people no matter what. That same work ethic is the foundation of every event Jaydogz & More serves.
Lillian's background in Banking and Real Estate brings a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. She ensures every partnership is seamless, professional, and built on trust.
Jaydogz & More was born from a simple belief: great food brings people together. From their first event to every booking today, Juan and Lillian pour their family values into every plate they serve.
